This web site contains the scripts that were used to analyze the data used in the publication "A Two-Gene Signature, SKI and SLAMF1, Predicts Time-to-Treatment in Previously Untreated Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia", by CD Schweighofer, KR Coombes, LL Barron, L Diao, RJ Newman, A Ferrajoli, S O'Brien, WG Wierda, R Luthra, LJ Medeiros, MJ Keating, and LV Abruzzo. PLoS ONE, 2011, to appear.

All scripts are written using Sweave, a package for the R statistical sftware environment that uses the LaTeX text formatting system. Here is a list of the scripts:
