Gene Survey Gene Survey, as a system, is intended to make it easier for researchers interested in TCGA data to compare one or more genes accessed by gene symbols or gene equivalents (such as probes) across disease types.
Gene Survey is based on TCGA Standardized Data, as described here. For a FAQ on Gene Survey, including comparisons with similar products, look here.
Select Single Gene and View Plots
Download a List of Genes
Select Data of Interest Select the data, starting letter of the gene, and the gene of interest. Selecting from "Plot" will display the different plots available for that gene. Archives contain all data and plots available for that gene.
List of Gene Symbols Enter a list of genes and get links to download the newest results for those genes. Enter list using all capital letters.
