Archive of Data Posted for Dressman et al, 2007

The supplementary data initially posted for Dressman et al (JCO, 2007, 25:517-25) and analyzed by Baggerly, Coombes and Neeley (JCO, 2008, 26:1186-7) were incorrect.

Since the data on the main webpage for the paper were updated in 2009, we mirror the data we initially acquired here simply to have a complete record.

The Files We Acquired Around May 2007

1. PlatinumJCO.zip (427Mb), CEL files for 119 Affymetrix U133A arrays.
2. correctedplatinum_RMA.xls (49Mb), a table of RMA quantifications, with row (probeset) and column (sample) labels.
3. Parameters for SSS software.txt (521b), the settings for the software when they ran it (but not the files referenced).
4. OVCclinicalinfo.xls (40Kb), clinical information (sample id, survival in months, stage, grade, response status, etc.).
5. sssall.zip (2.7Mb), a zip file with various R, Matlab and exe files for running Shotgun Stochastic Search.
