Interface

The database provides an interface of a dynamic table to browse the non-coding peptides. Data can be sorted and filtered by any column in the tabular interface. The ID (identifier) is hyper-linked to the correspobding non-coding peptide record. The number of records in the view can also be altered by the user.

Search

There are two modes of search for the non-coding database via the tabular interface. Data can be searched either globally or by attribute with these options.

Global Search

Global search can be performed using the textbox at the top-right corner of the tabular interface. This search enables the user to search using all the attributes of interface dynamically.

Attribute Search

Attribute search can be performed on the individual fields of the data using the textbox provided under each column header of the tabular interface.

Navigation

User can browse through website using the horizontal navigation menu at the top. Back button of the browser can be used to browse multiple non-coding peptides records, as all the pages of the website are static.
