Immuno-oncology gene interaction maps, imogimap, is an R-based statistical analysis framework. Imogimap generates catalogues of maps that quantify the interactions at the tumor-immune interface. The goal of imogimap is to calculate tumor-immune interactions scores based on mRNA expression profiles of multi-sample data and rigorous statistical evaluation. The method quantifies combinatorial effects of tumor intrinsic onco-genic pathways and immune checkpoints on immune related phenotype in tumor micro-environment.
You can use imogimap’s Rshiny interactive web app directly following “our public domain”. To run locallym you can install our R library from GitHub with:
